Ismael is a Naturalized U.S. citizen from Dakar, Senegal in West Africa. He came to the United States as an 18 year old athlete hoping to become a star on the race track.

 

The road to track-stardom was a difficult mountain to climb.

 

Ismael had to put his favorite sport behind him, and work to find another passion and love.

 

He began by working at a restaurant as a line cook, and quickly developed unique cooking styles of his own. He fell in love with cooking, and started to focus on his own unique recipes that orginiated from his original homeland in Dakar, Senegal.

 

Ismael is now married to a beautiful wife, and has 2 wonderful daughters.
